REFUNDS
At Karma Hair, we take pride in providing you with top-quality hair products and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and you might need to return an item. Here’s our simple and straightforward refund policy to help you out.
If you need to return an item, please reach out to us at info@karma-hair.com within 30 days of purchase. Make sure to include your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours to assist you with the next steps.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the hair to ensure it meets our return standards. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
Please note: Returns requested after 30 days from the purchase date cannot be accepted.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@karma-hair.com, and we’ll be happy to help.
AFTERPAY
Refunds through AfterPay can take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account. If you haven’t received your refund within this timeframe, please contact your bank. Refunds will be credited to the card used for each installment. If your card has been canceled, your bank can assist with reallocating the funds to your account.
